Ćma ma bardzo ładne wzorki na delikatnych skrzydełkach. Ciekawe zdjęcie. Pozdrawiam. *** A moth has a very nice patterns on delicate wings. Interesting photo. Yours.
Oh this is so beautiful. There is so much details in her. It's a lovely creature splattered with art. Is she alive by the way? Is that a styrofoam she sitting on?
Psychelyn Yes it was very much alive, just resting under the canopy of the swinging garden seat.I like your observation that it is splattered with art, but I add that it has been painted with loving hands:)
You are so right...painted by the Master's hand....Such beauty....I am always anxious to visit you when I see you have a new post because your photographs are just amazing....So close and so detail....
The natural habitat of this species must be some old codgers vest - where it's perfectly camouflaged amongst the nicotine stains, cigarette burns and frayed edges - the ugly turned beautiful.x
Ian How bizarre, but amusing and imaginative.Their natural habitat is in woodland areas, and this one is a male,as it's antennae is not feathery. Speak to you soon XX
I get these a lot (you wouldn't think so down in town), but I do. At least I think they're these! Always thought they were interesting. Still squash one if I see it though, :) Just don't like them getting in wardrobes and such... But it's nice photo. Never realized the swing was white at the top either, rrssss XX
Eva Gonçalves In other words love, they are better seen on a photo rrrsss!!!Don't think they will be these moths that you see actually, but I supose it is possible.XX
Stuarte Price Thankyou,They will always try to find a nice shady place to get out of the sun, where ever that might be.Perhaps they are just waiting for a chance to fly inside, and find a wardrobe to hide in!!

True, true :) That's why I love nature so much. It's beauty is splendid, created by the Greatest Artists of All.
Nice photo, we get these HUGE moths in summer, sometimes they rest on our front door........
