Sue's Cat is a house cat and never goes outside to catch or kill birds. He is very affectionate and always greets me with purring noises and rubs his head against my arm or hand. After I have made a fuss of him, and scratched his head he leaves me alone and when I decided to take some photos he was most cooperative, or was just doing his usual routine.either way, my shots turned out OK and in the absence of any wildlife imagesI thought I would share both his photos and story. I'm not much of a cat person, but having said this over the years I have had three cats of my own, and my dogs and cats always got on well. Tinker did not have a good begining to his life, and I have a soft spot for him, and now he could not have a better forever home.

SUE'S CAT TINKER
Tinker was found by Sue's daughter in a trash container. She had been waiting for a bus when she heard his feeble little cries and opened the lid and to her dismay discovered the helpless tiny creature, not more than a week old. She wrapped it in her scarf and walked as quickly as she could to her mother's house. They both went to the vet, and he perscribed a milk especially for premature kittens, to be given in drops every few hours. Sue did this dilligently.it wasn't an easy task as Sue explained later, but she couldn't in all consiousness abandon this weak kitty, so small it fit into the palm of her hand.
With all the care in the world, as the vet exclaimed, "This one's a fighter".
I will be joining Eileen at "Saturday's Critters" a fabulous blog where you can see

That cat is a real cutie.
Such a great story of animal love. Have a great weekend!
...how nice to see this post pop up! Sue and her daughter sound like amazing ladies. Stay well and happy and have a Marvelous March.
Good that Tinker now has the right owner and home for him!
A good cat not catching birds. Tinker is lucky staying with you.
How can people be so cruel to a little kitten?
Tinker is a beautiful kitty and a survivor ~ lovely photos of him and so glad he now has a good home ~ hugs,

Tinker is a nice cat.
Hello Sonjia,
So happy to see a critter post from you, I hope this means you are feeling better! Tinker is a cutie. I am so happy he was found and now have a loving forever home with Sue! Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, enjoy your day and happy weekend.
These are very beautiful photos of a very beautiful, sweet cat. The story is touching. It's good that he was rescued.
Tinker has beautiful eyes and I am sure his gaze says how grateful he is to your friends -- Indoor cats are the best! I'm so glad you are back to blogging.
Dear Sonjia :)
It's so nice that you show pictures of a cat. It was touching to read about it being saved. It's scary how selfish people can be to throw away a live kitten! The cat is very cute. I've been with my children and grandchildren today, so today just disappeared.
Warm hugs to you dear friend.
Marit
Tinker is a beauty. As one who has been in similar situations with a few cats, it is a very hard job to give care around the clock. She now has a healthy beautiful cat that trusts her. It doesn't get any better than that. Your post and photos honor Tinker well.
such a lovely story and a beautiful cat!! the green eyes are especially beautiful!!
Tinker is such a lucky boy!
Hello Sonjia,
What beautiful photos of this cat.
I'm not a cat lover myself; I also think cats should stay indoors; they're pets.
People with dogs are required to walk their dogs on a leash and are also expected to clean up after their dogs. Many people don't follow these rules and sometimes get fined for it.
People who let cats outside poop everywhere and even eat the birds. That really makes me angry.
I wish you a beautiful Sunday.
All the best, Irma
Tinker is beautiful and I am so happy she was found and saved and has a wonderful home.
Hello, Sonjia. It’s a great story of human kindness and a cat determined to survive. In a world beset by conflict of every kind, with sanctioned murder in international affairs, and public executions on the streets of Minneapolis we need to be reminded that humans do have a better side. Great to see you back in good form and blogging again. Hugs and kisses - David
Adorable cat! Bless Sue for rescuing the helpless kitten.
I'm not much of a cat person, but Tinker is rather cute.
Querida Sonjia me alegra tanto ver de nuevo una entrada tuya y además de una hermosa gatita, que aunque su historia empezó triste ahora es muy feliz. Las fotografías son preciosas. Muchos besos y abrazos.
This cat had some good karma to be found and cared for by Sue and her daughter. :)
Tinker is a gorgeous cat! I really love cats!
Tinker is slightly lighter than Lizzie (Lizzie is a bit more black with her white) but they have a very similar look. And the photos you have shared are terrific. Good photos of cats always make me smile. I loved hearing the rescue story. All of my cats have been rescues but nothing like this where such commitment was required. I have a feeling Tinker is very grateful and will be forever. Thanks for sharing this -- and I'm so glad to see you here again, Sonjia, and thanks for your recent comment too!
Thank you for sharing this lovely story and photographs.
Such a sweet cat.
All the best Jan
Awww, such a sweet little cat. Tinker is a real beauty! :)
Me ha encantado la historia, el gatito se ve muy lindo. No recuerdo el nombre del hotel, pero seguro que mi hija Estefania sí, se lo preguntaré mañana. Abrazos.
What a fantastic story. I am so pleased that Sue found him and was able to save him.
