All the following Blue Tit photos were taken through my bedroom window, some are in sequence, but others were taken on different days, I love this delightful visitor, and have many more to share with you.
A big peanut for a small bird
This image should have been the first , sorry :=)
There are smaller pieces of peanut on a plate for the smaller birds but they always choose the biggest

Hello,
What a lovely bird. Beautiful collection of photos.
Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a happy weekend.
He is just darling! my fav is the one that says A young blue Tit. the stern look makes me laugh and the BIG peanut made me laugh also... I have been feeding one of our squirrels. he appears to be the only one left from 3 that have been scooped up by a hawk. he is thing, I put a handfull of mixed raw nuts in the crotch to the tree and even though I don't see him, they are gone with in the hour. i see him in front and back yard, been feeding him about 10 days now and i think he looks a little better. i put things in the tree that i think he will eat.
Very beautiful with so many soft colors! You got some amazing photos!

Beautiful photos of the blue tits! I love to watch it from my window too.
Such a wonderful series of photographs of this beautiful bird.
Thank you.
My good wishes.
All the best Jan
Hello Sonjia: This is a very common bird that is uncommonly beautiful, and its perky, cheerful behaviour surely endears it to everyone. Whenever I have visited Europe, it is one of the species I have looked forward to most. The great thing is that I don't have to look far. If I happen to visit anyone with a bird feeder it is almost a given that there will be Blue Tits. Your pictures do full justice to this delightful little bird. I will look forward to more.
I have just got up and there was your post. Wonderful ,precisely focussed shots of one of my favourite visitors to my bird banquet. I was thinking about you as Emma won the US Open. Weren't you once North Portugal tennis champion?
What beautiful and delicate birds. Joan
What terrific portraits of the B T!!
Visiting here with you and finding what feathered friends you see is always a great experience! Thanks for linking in with us at I'd Rather B Birdin'!
bluetits are my favourite feeders on my bird banquet
love bluetits too
Hello Sonjia. You have some fine photos of those Blue Tits. Better than my own for sure as I find them difficult to track when they are so active.
Blue tits are always cute, and you got a series captured the little bird. I think it won't be difficult as it can pierce the peanut with its tiny beaks.
Take care and keep posting
Awsome! Nature's bem ~ Xo

Hello, Sonjia. Although Blue Tit is a daily visitor to our garden, I have never managed such a delightful sequence of photos as these that you are showing us here. You have captured the wonderfully 'chirpy' character of this bird superbly - and given me something to smile about this evening.
My very best wishes - stay safe - - - Richard
I see that even with your enforced break in your posting you have not lost a bit of charm or skill in your photography Sonjia. Take care.
