Algarve and the Sandpiper.

We are recovering from an aggressive flu bug, which has left us with a chest infection, and energy depleted. Forgive me if I don't visit, ... although I'll try. Posting just one photo today of the Common Sandpiper, Actitis hypoleucos.

Sandpiper.

Perhaps a bird is common, but it has a beautiful picture. Healthy, that's the most important thing.

Hi Sonija. Yes, we had the flu and cold viruses. I was nearly three weeks trying to get back to normal so I know how you feel. Warmer weather on the way soon.

Beautiful sandpiper! Lovely shot. Try Black Elderberry! (Same as Sambucol) It's supposed to be as effective as Tamiflu but completely natural! Get well soon!

what a beautiful image, with so many wonderful elements in addition to the sandpiper!! the lines in the water are so pretty and the rock/algarve adds so much texture to the image. you achieved great focus in all of these elements!!

we had the flu, you have my deepest sympathies - enough said!!!!

It must be the week to get sick! I have had a day off work - and still do not feel great. Blog comments from bed may be the cure!
