Veterinarian Visit for Good Fences.

On a visit to a nearby stable last year, we were just in time to see the Vet cleaning Prince's teeth. It's not the first time it's been done,  so Prince was fairly relaxed throughout the whole procedure.

Good boy!!!

Ok! It's time you took that thing out of my mouth now!

Sweet Molly had already had her teeth cleaned before we arrived.

My thanks to Theresa and Eileen for hosting Good Fence's, and Saturday's Critters. If you have any photos you would like to share with gates, railings, and fences, or Critters, why don't you join in the fun by clicking on the red links.

I have never seen a horse have their teeth cleaned before. How interesting. Beautiful animals and great photos.

These are wonderful images! Poor Prince does seem impatient to have the mouth brace removed! I sympathise as visiting the dentist is not my favourite hobby!
Molly is such a sweet natured looking pony too!
Thanks for sharing! Enjoy your day!

Hello, beautiful horses and fence shots. They must be very calm horses to stand still for their teeth cleaning.

Happy Thursday, enjoy your day!

Prince is so handsome and Molly is so sweet. Love the shot of Molly and the fence. B

Price does look amazingly relaxed about the procedure!

i always hate that procedure. we call it 'floating their teeth' as they're rasping down all the sharp points that grow on horses' teeth.

Both horses are very handsome

You sure caught the action. I always think of All Creatures Great and Small...this is the second time I have seen photos of filing down their teeth. But since I read All Creatures every so often, I had heard about it for years.

I didn't know that horses also need to have their teeth cleaned. I never like to have my teeth cleaned.

I know it is needed, but I would never be able to do it.

Prince seems like a good sport, but, if he is like me, he doesn't appreciate dental work! lol

You know, I never even thought of horses needing to have their teeth cleaned. Neat ... Only 6 in the morning and I've already learned something new! That horse is more relaxed than I am at the dentist!
