Coal Tit Captures.

The Coal Tit   Parus ater

Perching on the bird table posing nicely for a picture.

They really love peanuts.

I think he spotted me here!

What a sweetie! Dozens of Coal Tits visit my garden every day, they are waiting for me to put the sunflower seeds out every morning, and they are the last birds to leave every evening.Just click on the link I'd Rather B Birding to find The Bird D'pot where you will see many birds from around the world.

Hi Sonjia, After many months of no birds on my feeders the coal tit was the first to return and it was the sunflower seeds they came for.
We had good news from the Doc. the other day so Jacquie is feeling much better.

Lovely study of a beautiful bird. Must be closely related to Chickadees

Lovely pictures of the Coal Tit. We get them here, but it is the Bluetit that is much more common. We maybe only get one or two Coal Tits a day.

The front view of the cute Coal Tit does look very close to a Chickadee! They must be related. I enjoy watching them in the winter, they are not around in the summer.

Cute bird! We cannot have feeders in our community because of the feral ducks, pigeons and Monk Parakeets. The spill the seed in minutes and knock over the feeders. It also is against local law to feed the ducks. I miss my feeders!

Very nice these pictures of the Great Tit.
I've also placed tits and then the Blue Tits.
I photographed by double glazing.
Greetings, Helma
