Squirrel Selection

I just want to cuddle this squirrel.

An add for shampoo perhaps!

Chubby Chops.

I think there is something feline looking about this squirrel.

This squirrel was looking right at me.

Cheeky fellow joined me for breakfast.

Cute bear cub look-alike.

They really are quite different in appearance from one another, and it makes it even more enjoyable to watch them.

Ona jest cudna, ale trochę bałabym się ją przytulić, patrząc na jej pazurki. Pozdrawiam.
She is marvelous, but a little bałabym to hug her, looking at her nails. Yours.

Very nice. The Red Squirrels in Hokkaido are not as red as in western Europe. Actualy I can recall seeing some in central Europe that were black!

Unknown said...

This squirrel has a lovely red colouring with a nice sheen in it. The hair on the ears seems to have been gelled. The squirrels in my garden has a dull brown colour.

The second squirrel has a baby face. It looks like a baby too!

Breathtaking said...

Stuart Price
Thank you Stuart!:)Here, the squirrels range from red to very dark brown, almost black, with black tails.

Breathtaking said...

Stiletto ElsieXie

Ours are also dark brown, but most are red.

Oh, the red squirrel. How lovely! Here you hardly see any of them as the grey squirrels have completely taken over. But these little red fellows are so much cuter...

Breathtaking said...

Maria
Thank you Maria!:)I was pleased with the light, and am beginning to realize how vital it is to get it right.

See you soon!

Lovely pictures. The Red Squirrel is so much nicer than the Grey. Sadly the Reds have all been chased away by the Greys from here, but it is lovely seeing them in the Highlands.

vitorchuvashortstories

Hi Vitor!:)
Because the sqirrels have become so friendly I have been trying to get them to eat out of my hand. Perhaps it will happen one day, but until then,I'm content to watch them eating from the feeders.
As you say, it is mutual enjoyment.
Have a nice day.

Breathtaking said...

Lasse
Asolutely right Lasse!:) Little Rascals!!

Breathtaking said...

NickMorgan
Thank you Nick!:)I think the grey squirrel is also cute, but a tad more agressive. I saw them in a park on a trip to the UK several years ago, and stopped to watch their antics. Always nice to see!
